What’s your return policy?
Return of any product bought from our office only if box is unopened and NO RETURN on electrical parts bought from our office and not installed by our technicians.
We do NOT ship parts!
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable office is available to answer your questions Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
Otherwise our answering service will answer your phone call and record it or direct it to the proper department.

Do you warranty your work?
All our service calls are warrantied for 30 days after service is done for the same reason of previous call.
Products installed have a 1 year warranty unless the manufacturer has a different warranty.
